- Through hosted version it’s easy to import data and you can share all your data with your team members and clients online. They can view from anywhere and at anytime i.e. there is no boundation while in intranet version you have to gather everything at one place manually. It works if your meeting is preplanned otherwise it creates problem and waste time because people gather there from different countries
- Through hosted version you can assign tasks, schedule your meetings, view milestones and for this you need not to bound yourself in a company while in intranet version you are bound in a company at that time
- Every body can view the status or progress of projects from anywhere and at anytime in hosted version while in intranet this can’t happen
